A Charming Genuine Vienna Porcelain Figure Group 1808
On offer here then is this charming and quite rare Vienna porcelain figure group
of a Gallant training his little lap dog.
The gentleman is shown seated on a rocky ledge, his little friend opposite seated on his haunches.
The man's right arm apparently holding aloft a morsel with which he is tempting/training his
little dog. The man is wearing colourful period costume, a tricorn hat resting on his lap.
The base and rocky ledge is festooned with clumps of foliage and flowers.
4â…› inches (10.4 cm) high x 3â…ž inches (7.4 cm) wide.
